No Show/Cancellations: We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. If a No Show occurs, we may require a booking fee for future appointments. (20% of your service total, and used toward your appointment.)

Return Policy

Services: We always strive to provide you with exceptional services. Please note we do not offer refunds on Salon services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we ask that you return to the salon within 7 days of your original service so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction at no additional cost to you.

Products: Products must be unused in its original packaging. Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Cards sales are non refundable.

Please note- A refund back to a credit card must be with in 30 days of purchase.
